Lawrence and Mary Yates of Bel Alton will celebrate their 44th wedding anniversary. The couple was married Dec. 25, 1964, in Washington, D.C. They have five children, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The couple is planning to celebrate their anniversary with their children.
